Traditional English Bacon Buttie

Ingredients:
|
♣ Irish, Gammon or Ayrshire Bacon
♣ Bread or bread buns
♣ Dab
of butter
♣ Sauce of your choice |

Method:
Heat bacon until cooked but English style
bacon will crisp easily so baby sit the bacon while frying. Toast the bread or
bun of your choice. Spread butter and mayo or sauces of your choice.
Serving Suggestion:
Place the bacon between the toasted bread
Optional extras can include lettuce, tomatoes or other
toppings of your choosing.
