Bonfire Night Bangers Feast

Serves: 4

Cooking Time:
40 - 50 mins

Ingredients:

♣ Traditional Old Country Cottage sausages

♣ Roasted whole garlic bulbs

♣ Eating apple

♣ Pumpkin or Butternut Squash

♣ Fresh rosemary

♣ Olive oil

♣ Maple syrup

♣ Field mushrooms

♣ Beef Dip Buns

Method:

Toss together in a pan 1 small garlic bulb, halved, 1 eating apple, cut into wedges and cored, ½ pumpkin or butternut squash, peeled and cut into thin wedges, 2 large sprigs rosemary, 30ml (2tbsp) olive oil and 30ml (2tbsp) maple syrup.

Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes until sausages are golden brown and pumpkin or butternut square are soft.

Warm Beef Dip Buns in oven and remove.

Squeeze cooked garlic from the cloves and spread onto the beef dip bun. Pile everything else onto the bun, drizzle with any juice and serve as a large 'sharing sandwich' making sure everyone gets a bit of everything.

Serving Suggestion:

Cut into wedges and serve with British style chutney or dips.
